Launch Timeline & Objectives

The Goal of Immigrant Hope Buffalo is to launch and fully serve the area by late fall of 2026.  In order to reach this goal, these four phases must be completed. 

Phase One:  Need Assessment & Local Church Partners 

Objectives:
  • Initiate Ministry and Church Partnerships 
  • Organize Launch Team & Future Executive Board
  • Establish Partnership with Immigrant Hope's National Organization

Phase Two: Leadership Team & Funding

Objectives:
  • Raising Funds for Ministry Launch 
  • Apply for Organizational 501c3 Status
  • Raise Support of Executive Director (Goal $2,400 a month)

Phase  Three: Incorporation & Accreditation

Objectives:
  • Receive 501c3 Status
  • Training and Experience of Two DOJ Accredited Representative
  • Establish Relationship with Host Church/(Future Services Location)

Phase  Four: Full Services Offered to Community

Objectives:
  • Training of Volunteers 
  • Providing Initial Immigration Services 
  • Connecting Immigrant Families through Local Church Partnerships

Three Ways You Can Be Involved Right Now

1.  Pray for Partnerships

• Commit to pray and receive monthly updates.

• Pray for new accredited advocates and partner churches.

2.  Give Towards Funding

• Help cover startup costs like tech, training, and equipment (Goal $65,700).

• Support the Executive Director with a monthly gift (Goal $2,400 a month). 

3.  Connect Churches & Partners

• Host an Immigration Awareness event at your church.

• Introduce us to church leaders or potential partners.
